The aim of present study was to identify the success factors of Iran in the Olympic Games.The statistical population were all the experts of the Olympic Games, presidents and deputies of selected federations, managers and experts of Ministry of Sport and Youth as well as National Olymic Committee and athletes who have the olymic asset. (N = 875). 374 people were selected as amples according to Morgan table. Research tool was researcher made questionnaire of identifying success factors of Iran in Olympic games and Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.89 and confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis and Friedman tests were used. The results of the research indicate that 10 factors affecting Iran's success in the Olympic Games including financial incentives for athletes, attention to women's sports, the use of capable mentors, correct assessment, regular training, attention to sport fileds that are more probable to gain medals in olympic , talent management, attention to athletes training , attention to the training of coaches and management factors. Using the Friedman rank test, there is a significant difference between the factors influencing Iran's success in the Olympic Games from the point of view of the research samples (Sig = 001, 2/561/5) so that "attention to sport fileds that are more probable to gain medals in olympic " has the highest rank and "correct evaluation" has the lowest rank. Therefore, by offering appropriate prizes, investing in women's sports, using successful and experienced coaches, regular training camps, and the principled and scientific method of talent identification could consider as effective steps in Iran's success in the Olympic Games.

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between perceived enjoyment of leisure time physical activity with cultural intelligence demographic variable PE teachers in Tehran. servery had been practical and research is correlational. In order to collect data and information from the study, field method is used. Due to the large volume of data, 250 PE teachers in Tehran, Morgan table is used and random cluster sampling method were selected as the sample. Three questionnaires were used to measure cultural intelligence and injoyment of leisure time physical activity and demographic variable. On display were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical information: pearson correlation test, spearman, multivariate linear regression and t test was used.these findings suggest that the relationship between perceived enjoyment of leisure time physical activity and cognitive and metacognitive factors of cultural intelligence and the relationbetween perceived enjoyment of leisure time physical activity with age and marriage, and cultural intelligence is capable to predict perceived enjoyment of leisure time physical activity. And the enjoyment of leisure time physical activity and physical education teachers in Tehran cultural intelligence is located in the desirable.

This research aimed to prioritize women management barriers in sports organizations by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The present study is considered a combined research in terms of data collection and relations among variables and a functional research in terms of objectives. The research target population is composed of all experienced managers (with over 5 years of management experience) and professionals in the sports management (Faculty Members) that were 300 persons during the study (2014). First, women management barriers in sports organizations were recognized using interview with five professionals and experienced managers and by the method of theoretical saturation. Then, considering the results of the interview, a questionnaire was prepared by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and given to the respondents via simple stochastic distribution and 180 questionnaires were gathered according to Morgan Table. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 professionals of sports management. In this research, descriptive statistics was used to describe the variables and the research sample and then inferential statistical tests were used to review the research questions. Also SPSS, version 22, and Expert Choice 11.00 were used in this research. The findings indicate that the barriers of women presence in the managerial positions of sports organizations, lack of equal conditions between women and men to promote in organizations, and lack of trust in women in Iranian culture were the most items pointed by the respondents. Womenmanily mentioned cultural factor as the most effective component and men mentioned individual factor as the primary element of women management barriers. Paying more attention to cultural barriers and culture promotion via media will help women to contribute in the managerial affairs of sports organization alongside men.
